Cooking Tips with Arindam for all the bachelors Guy who are away from home

Hi I Am Arindam Bhattacharya. This blog is made spcl for the bachelors guy who are working away from their home and need the help regarding the cooking...so pls anybody needs tip can post....

  4. Palak Paneer- Famous dish of North India.....

    Dish Preparation Time- approx-30 mins.

    Materials Required- Paneer (250 Gms.)
    Palak (500 Gms)
    Mustard oil-100 Gms.
    salt as per taste
    Red Chilly and Green Chilly
    Garlic- chop
    Corinder-
    Ginger Slices-8to10 pcs.

    wash the Palak Leaves properly den chop it and put it into yhe grinder to make its paste.

    Then take a pan and put 100 gms of oil and keep it in low flame.

    take the paneer and cut this into diamond or square size .

    Put the redchilly and greenchily,Garling chop in oil

    den pour the paste of Palak in it and cooked it well

    add salt as per you and littile bit red chilly powder and litile bit haldi Powder in it...

    Cook the Paste properly till the green colour of the palak turns deep blue.....

    after 12 mins cooking of palak add the paneer in it and further cook is for 10 mins. Be sure there should not be any water in the preparation....

    after 10 mins of kooking ur Panner dish will be rady to serve.

    If u wish u can pur littile bit of chop corrinder leaves and chop slice of Ginger on it and Garnish it with Cream also from top or u can use Butter on top..... all the Best soumya...

  8. Thanks Urvashi as per ur request I will Tell you the tips for the Chilly Chicken in estern Zone style.

    Preparation Time- approx 35 Mins.
    Materials Required- 350 Gms Bonless chicken
    250 Gms Onion.
    50 GMs ginger & Garlic
    5 Pcs. Green Chilly
    4 Pcs- Onion Leaves.
    150 ml- Mustard Oil.
    2 Tea spoon- Vinigar
    2 Tea spoon- soya sauce.
    3-4 Spoon- Chilly& Tamato Sauce
    salt -As per taste.
    Capsicum- 50 Gms.
    Corrinder Leaves chop
    1 Tea spoon- Termuric Powder.
    1/2 Tea spoon- china salt.
    1 Tea Spoon- Chilly Powder.

    MARRINATION OF CHICKEN:-

    Wash the Chicken Properly.Cut in to small pices.
    If you wish you can use chicken with Bone also.
    But ussually chilly chicken will go smooth with boneless.

    Take a Bowl keep the washed Chicken Pices In it.
    Add 50 ml. Mustard Oil and 1 tea spoon Salt,1 Tea spoon Soya sauce and Vinigar.1 tea Spoon Turmeric Powder and 1/2 Teaspoon chilly Poweder.
    Marinate it properly and keep it for an Hour if possible.

    COOKING PREPARATION:-

    Cut Onions & Capsicum in to slices.
    Chop the Ginger and Garlic,
    Cut the Onion Leaves In 2 cms. pices.
    cut the Green chilly in 1 cms size diagonally.
    Now take a fring Pan or kadhai.
    Pour 100 Ml of Mustard oil.

    fry the Onion first den put the capsicum,Ginger and garlic and Onion Leaves in oil.Use liitilebit oil more in this dish. fry all the items in low falme. Be sure that nothing will deep fry.Add now green chilly in it. after 2 min of fry add Marinated chicken in it.now cook properly in low flame or you can go for medium flame also.Add salt as per taste,1 teaspoon soya sauce,2 Spoon of Chilly and Tamaro Sauce.U can use Tamato purries also.Add 1/2 Spoon chilly Powder.
    Now cooked it properly in Pan.If possible you can tossed the item 2 to 3 times in Pan.

    Be sure there should not be any chicken water left in the dish..You have to de-Hydrate all the water other wise there will be always a smell of Chicken left in the dish.Cook for 10 mins and when you feel there is no water in the dish only oil things can be visible that time you can chk the chicken is boiled and cooked properly or not.
    Once it cooked in 10-15 mins u can stop the flame and add corrinder leaves above to it.

    Now serve your spicy delicious Chilly Chicken to your Guest.
